Indigo Herbs are a successful Natural Health and Wellness company with a range of over 400 products. As an online retailer, packaging had never been a priority for them, but as online consumers become savvier and the company was looking to expand into high street retail they realised how much more their packaging could do to reinforce their brand credentials.
CHALLENGE FOR DESIGN ACTIVITY
To create a packaging design that better reflected the company and what they stand for whilst also helping the consumer navigate through the huge range of products.
The additional challenge was to ensure the designs could work with Indigo’s well-established internal hand-packing and labelling systems.
The final design is derived from the brand’s heritage and pride in being from Glastonbury. Design Activity used the Tor as a central focus, which maintains a strong brand identity across the range whilst allowing bold colourways to define the sub-categories.
